What RetroWorth is

RetroWorth identifies video games from photos and shows estimated value ranges for collecting purposes. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Estimates, not appraisals

• All values shown are estimates, presented as ranges, derived from aggregated market price data.
• They are informational only — not an appraisal, valuation service, or financial, investment or insurance advice.
• Markets move constantly; actual sale prices can and do differ. Don't make financial decisions based solely on the app.

Identification

Game identification uses text recognition and AI and can be wrong. You can always correct a match in the app. You are responsible for verifying a game's identity and condition before buying, selling or insuring it.

Subscriptions

• RetroWorth PRO is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID ($29.99/year or $2.99/week; prices may vary by region).
• It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.

Fair use

Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don't use automated tools against it. We may throttle or block abusive traffic to keep the service healthy for everyone.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including decisions made based on estimated values.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above.
